Background:

Lori J. Fabian has been an attorney with the law firm of Hippenmeyer, Reilly, Moodie & Blum, S.C. since May of 2003.  She became a partner in July of 2008.  Additionally, she worked as a law clerk and legal secretary for the firm after her graduation from Carroll College in May of 1999, until her graduation from Marquette University Law School in 2003.

Practice Areas:

Attorney Fabian’s areas of practice include Family Law (including Divorce, Paternity, Post-Judgment Issues, Custody, Placement, Support and Guardian ad Litem work); Probate, Real Estate and Municipal Court Prosecution.  She has served as Prosecutor for the Village of Eagle since 2003, Prosecutor for the Village of Pewaukee since 2004, and Assistant Prosecutor for the City of New Berlin since 2003.

Attorney Fabian is licensed to practice in the State of Wisconsin and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.  She is a member of the Wisconsin State Bar, Waukesha County Bar Association, Association for Women Lawyers, and the Leander J. Foley, Jr. Matrimonial Inns of Court.  Attorney Fabian has been named a Rising Star Attorney for the State of Wisconsin for the years 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, as chosen by her peers and through the research of Law & Politics.

Volunteer Service:

Attorney Fabian is involved in a variety of community activities.  She has served on the Board of Directors for the Waukesha & Pewaukee Visitors and Convention Bureau since 2003, and is a member of the WPCVB’s Sports Committee.  She is also currently a Board Member of the Waukesha County Bar Association.  She was a Board Member and Secretary for Caregiver’s Crossing, Inc., and a Board Member for TeamUp! With Families.  She served as Secretary for the Alpha Gamma Delta Beta Epsilon Alumnae Chapter from 2000 to 2008. 

Personal:

In her spare time, Attorney Fabian enjoys playing volleyball, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
